Red Russian Army Choir "Kalinka"



The Red Russian Army Choir & The Leningrad Cowboys band from Finland had a live concert in Helsinki, Finland in 1993 (yes, Lizzy was also there) in order to emphasise the friendship between the two nations.

In spite the fact that Kalinka is a Russian song most of the Finns know it by heart.

    Russian songs and that from Lizzy ;) It is a interesting performance by a choir and a band.

    ..I managed to suprise myself too with the Russian songs.. ..but one has to keep open mind as there are good songs everywhere. And I do like these (can't believe I just said that aloud).
